Applicable taxes and shipping insurance are prepaid and added to the invoice.

Shipment of orders is put on hold if any of your previous invoices are past due.
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase in the original packaging and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Custom orders are not eligible for returns. When contacting us about obtaining an Authorized Return Number, please have your invoice number ready.  Returns will not be accepted without an Authorized Return Number.

We are a member of the GHX Healthcare Exchange.
Send us your account connection requests via the GHX registration center portal.
Use your customer numbers with us for the GHX account numbers. If you do not have or know your customer number with us, just use “12345” for the GHX account number field, and we will update it to either the customer number on file or assign you a new customer number when we approve the requests. Please note: if you have multiple shipping addresses with the same billing address, each needs its own unique customer number with us and separate GHX account connection requests.
California Orders:
