What is your Minimum Order?

There is no minimum order.

Do you charge Shipping and Handling?

A handling charge is added to each invoice.
Shipping is F.O.B shipping point, Prepaid and Added to Invoice (unless customer’s shipping account number is provided)

What is the warranty on your products?

All Instrumentation Industries, Inc. products are manufactured to exact specifications and are carefully inspected before shipment.
They are fully guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for 30 days and will be repaired or replaced if found defective at the discretion of Instrumentation Industries, Inc. Gauges and plastic face plates are warranted for 30 days.

What is your return policy?

All shortage must be reported within 7 days of receipt. No merchandise is accepted for credit 30 days after delivery date. Returns will not be accepted without an Authorized Return Number.
Please have our Invoice Number available and call Instrumentation Industries, Inc. to obtain the Authorized Return Number.
A 20% restocking fee is applied to each credit. Items must be returned in the original packaging.
