Injection Molding Assistant

*Please Note:
This job is an onsite position. Remote Work or Work From Home is not possible for this position. (Amount of Travel Required: No outside travel is required, except for commuting to and from the manufacturing facility.)

POSITION SUMMARY:
To produce quality products by injection molding.
To ensure that the molding department is efficient by following molding procedures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Operates molding machines, including set-ups and documentation.
2. Operates production equipment as necessary.
3. Performs production checks:
   a) Checks the first parts coming out of the mold.
   b) Continues to check parts coming out of the mold.
4. Responsible for trimming parts and cutting sprues.
5. Completes documentation necessary for quality control.
6. Troubleshoots molding problems.
7. Responsible for mold maintenance when assigned.
8. Visually inspects parts as they are produced from molding machines.
9. Responsible for making quality products.
10. Special duties as assigned by the Group Leader.
11. Follows company policy.

Customer Accounts Payable and Receivable

The Customer Accounts Representative will work in a small, quiet office to administer our Customer Accounts Payables and Receivables.

Maintenance Repair Technician

This job is an onsite position. Remote Work or Work From Home is not possible for this position. (Amount of Travel Required: No outside travel is required, except for commuting to and from the manufacturing facility.)

POSITION SUMMARY:
Repair of all manufacturing equipment/installation of new equipment.

1. Periodic maintenance of molding, machine shop, assembly, and packaging machines.
2. Maintain building, including electric wiring, plumbing, additions, repairs, and cleaning/sanitizing surfaces.
3. Requisition necessary tools/materials to maintain the building and repair equipment.
4. Ensure preventative maintenance records are completed.
5. Perform other miscellaneous duties.
