POSITION SUMMARY:
The Office Assistant will serve a small, quiet office for taking, retrieving, and entering Customer orders via phone, email, and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Retrieve orders by fax, email, telephone, and EDI.
2. Process orders, print packing slips, and invoices.
3. Advise the customer of pricing, availability, ETA, and delivery method
4. Service customer inquiries related to tracking shipments, authorizing, and processing returns.
5. Retrieve and answer daily emails.
6. Follows company policy.
7. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

CNC Machinist

*PLEASE NOTE:
This is an ON-site position. Remote work is NOT possible.
Amount of Travel Required: No outside travel is required, except for commuting to and from the factory.

Position Summary:
-Can operate all machine equipment.
-Can construct tooling to improve production.
-Can operate CNC machines.
-Can program and fabricate new parts.
-Knowledge and experience in a CNC machine shop.
-Ability to lift 50lbs.
-Good flexibility and motor skills
-Ability to comprehend and write in English is necessary for traceability paperwork.

Injection Molder

*PLEASE NOTE:
This is an ON-site position. REMOTE WORK IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR THIS POSITION.

POSITION SUMMARY:
To produce quality products by injection molding.
To ensure that the molding department is efficient by following molding procedures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Operates molding machines, including set-ups and documentation set-ups.
2. Operates production equipment as necessary.
3. Performs production checks:
   a) Checks the first parts coming out of the mold.
   b) Continues to check parts coming out of the mold.
4. Responsible for trimming parts and cutting sprues.
5. Completes documentation necessary for quality control.
6. Troubleshot molding problems.
7. Responsible for mold maintenance when assigned.
8. Visually inspects parts as they are produced from molding machines.
9. Responsible for making quality products.
10. Special duties as assigned by the Group Leader.
11. Follows company policy.
